Setup without connecting to your Wi-Fi
If you don’t have Wi-Fi at home, or if you are having a hard time connecting your Zephyr to your home Wi-Fi, follow these steps to connect your Zephyr app to your Zephyr Home Diffuser.
Connect To The Zephyr Wi-Fi
The Zephyr will create its own Wi-Fi network called “Aromalink_xxxx”
On your device, go to “Settings” and connect to the Aromalink Wi-Fi.
The Wi-Fi password is 12345678
Add your Zephyr
Go back to the Zephyr app, and touch “Setup without Wi-Fi” at the top
Now Let's Configure Your Zephyr
When do you want the Zephyr to run?
Select “Working Time” and you can pick one or two working periods.
For example, you could have it run from 3pm to 9pm on weekdays, and 8am to 9pm on weekends.
We recommend you let it run for at least 3 hours at a time to give the Zephyr time to fill your home.
Note that you can select days at the top, and select more than one day at a time.
Note that times are in 24 hour format and be sure to turn each period “on” using the buttons at the right.
Set the Frequency
Here we set the overall strength of the scent.
The Zephyr will run for a few seconds (Working period), and then sit idle for a few seconds (Pause). The more it runs, the more scent you will have in your home.
• The “W” sets how long it will work when it turns on
• The “P” sets how long it will pause when idle.
We recommend leaving “P” at 300 seconds, or 5 minutes. Then for “W”, 90 seconds is a good place to start.
If you don’t smell it, or the smell is too weak, adjust “W” upward from 60. If the smell is too strong, turn it down.
Set the Spray level from A (weakest) to C (strongest) at any time.
This is a great way to adjust on the fly.
If you find turning this up or down isn’t changing the smell enough, go back to “Frequency” and adjust the “W” value up for more smell or down for less.
Now just kick back and enjoy!
Any time you want to control your Zephyr, just make sure you connect to the Aromalink Wi-Fi.
If you don’t smell it, try:
- Turning on the fan on your thermostat for at least an hour (esp if the weather is mild)
- Turning up the frequency to 300
